Our wines represent the local territory through several labels belonging to Atina DOCof which, a base of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah, progressively moving towards the higher area of the Frosinone province with more prestigious labels belonging to the well known autochthonic vine of Cesanese del Piglio DOCG (guarantee of origin and quality of selected wines).
On our wine list you may find names such as Passerina del Frusinate, White IGT wines based on Malvasia or Trebbiano, but also the famous Bellone and labels belonging to the Manzoni vines.
Furthermore we have a choice of Sparkling dry or sweet white wine which belong to the latest tradition of our region, Wine such as Nero Buono di Cori, Abbuoto, Circeo DOC, Moscato di Terracina and Petit Verdot. Our wine list also offers a list of liquors belonging to the Herbal tradition of the Ciociaria area and a varietal brandy distilled from wine which in Italy is typically known as Grappa.
