This is a walk through the most characteristic villages of Comino Valley, cultural places and points of economical trades since Roman age. In this hill villages you will find places of simple but surprising beauty: gentlemanly palaces, religious monasteries and churches, roman and medieval monuments, everyday life scenes, museum of rural and pastoral folks, and, most of all, a relaxed and delightful silence.

There’s Atina: one of the five towns allied with Turno in the battle against Aenea, with its precious archeological Museum testifying its thousand-year history and its Renaissance palaces; Alvito: on the hill, small medieval town where many distinguished men were born, from its terrace there’s a wonderful view on the whole valley;
San Donato: place of intellectual fervor, characterized by plenty of hand-crafted productions and ancient shops in the streets of the town.

  - Walk in the castrum and visit to Cantelmo Palace, Saint Mary’s Cathedral, San Francis monastery.
